Review Policy

§1 General Provisions

1. This Review Policy sets out the rules for submitting, publishing, and verifying reviews concerning products or services offered by the Website Owner.
2. The owner of the website available at alexlovescolour.pl is:

  1. Agnieszka Michalska, conducting business activity under the name SAPO AGNIESZKA MICHALSKA – civil law partnership partner, NIP: 5832529044, REGON: 191721292, and
  2. Damian Michalski, conducting business activity under the name SAPO Damian Michalski – civil law partnership partner, NIP: 7721897834, REGON: 369100164, operating jointly within a civil law partnership under the name SAPO AGNIESZKA MICHALSKA DAMIAN MICHALSKI SPÓŁKA CYWILNA, with its registered office in Gdańsk (Opacka 22/5, 80-338 Gdańsk), NIP: 5842731646, REGON: 221883971.

§2 Definitions

1. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity (definition based on Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code).

2. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93).

3. Review Policy – this document.

4. Product – any good or service within the meaning of Article 2(3) of the Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices; the Product is chargeable unless stated otherwise.

5. Website – the website available at alexlovescolour.pl.

6. Social Media – accounts or profiles operated on social networking platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

7. Review – subjective statements of Users published on the Website by the Website Owner in accordance with this Review Policy.

8. Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices – the Act of 23 August 2007.

9. Digital Service – a service allowing the Client to: a) create, process, store, or access data in digital form;
b) share digital data submitted or created by the consumer or other users of the service; c) engage in other forms of interaction using such data.

10. Electronic Service – a service provided electronically via the Website, within the meaning of Article 2(4) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

11. User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more services or functionalities described in this Policy.

12. Website Owner – the entities indicated in §1(2).

§3 Rules for Publishing Reviews

1. Reviews of Products or Services submitted by Consumers are publicly available. The Website Owner publishes verified and/or unverified reviews. Verified reviews are clearly and visibly marked as verified.

2. Positive, neutral, and negative reviews are published on the Website.

3. Authors of reviews include:

  • persons who purchased a Product or Service;
  • persons who received a Product or Service free of charge;
  • persons using a Product or Service;
  • persons who received a Product or Service under a barter agreement or another agreement.

4. The Website Owner publishes Reviews submitted directly via the Website as well as Reviews published on social media or other websites.

5. Reviews published on the Website are independent and not sponsored.

6. Upon publishing a Review, the User grants the Website Owner a free-of-charge consent to use, distribute, and publish the Review together with the author’s data.

§4 Review Verification

1. Reviews are published by the Website Owner after prior verification.

2. Users may submit Reviews via, among others: a website form, a comment under a Product or Service, a Google Business Profile, social media profiles, or review aggregators.

3. Verification of Reviews may take place, among others, through direct contact with the User to thank them for the Review; sending Users a dedicated link to submit a Review; or logging into the Website using the account through which the purchase was made.

4. If there are doubts as to whether a Review originates from a person who has used the Products or Services of the Website Owner, such Review will not be published as verified.

5. Published Reviews are intended to present the benefits of using the Products or Services of the Website Owner as identified by existing Users.

6. The Website Owner does not use sponsored or barter-based reviews.

§5 Publishing, Modifying, and Removing Reviews

1. Reviews are published in the form provided by the Consumer, meaning they are not edited, shortened, or otherwise modified.

2. A Review may be modified or removed if it:

  • is contrary to law or good morals;
  • infringes or restricts the rights of third parties;
  • is false or misleading;
  • contains malicious software or files;
  • contains stylistic, spelling, or grammatical errors;
  • concerns a Product or Service no longer available for sale.

§6 Complaints

1. A User may submit a complaint regarding the publication of a Review electronically to info@sapo.pl or in writing to Opacka 22/5, 80-338 Gdańsk, in accordance with the template set out in Appendix No. 1.

2. All complaints shall be examined without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of submission.

§7 Liability

1. Users bear sole responsibility for the Reviews they publish.

§8 Amendments

1. This Policy is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

2. The current version of the Policy was adopted and is effective as of 5 January 2026.

§9 Final Provisions

1. The latest version of the Review Policy is published on the Website.

2. In order to continuously improve the review verification process, the Website Owner regularly updates the Review Policy.

§10 Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. The Policy is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.
2. The current version of the Policy was adopted and is effective as of 5 January 2026.
